Ask a new question. I have a large Word document which has been reviewed and changes tracked. I now want to Accept the Changes and still see the Comments. I was able to do this on another document via Accept This Change. However, this time the option to 'Accept This Change' is disabled. I do have an option to Accept all Changes but when I select that, no changes are accepted. It is almost as if chamges document cannot see the changes.

What are the display options for tracked changes? Are you able to make a copy of the original document and remove sensitive information from the how to accept all changes in word, leaving just some text for illustration? I can probably save part of the document and remove anything confidential - but am not show how I upload it chantes as it doesn't accept Word attachments.
Since it's not possible to provide sample file to test, as a workaround, you can just copy all the contents and paste into a new document. Perhaps someone has formatted text so that it looks like tracked changes underlined text for insertions, strikethrough for deletions, etc. In reply to Stefan Blom's post on August 7, In reply how to accept all changes in word TrishG's post on August 7, I can't really tell from the screen shot. Hi Stefan Yes 'All Markup' is enabled on the Review tab. Below is what I have on the Advanced Options. You can't upload your example document here. You would have to provide access to it via a "share" link to OneDrive or Dropbox. Hi Trish, Thanks for posting back.
